today was just such a struggle. I had the weekend off from exercise to let my calf recover, and this morning i just could not get a running rhythm or even any kind of pace, it was so slow and I even had to walk a part which i have not had to do to this point
I'm sure its just a blip and i'm trying to stay positive but can't help beat myself up about it. From what i have seen on the forum this happens to us all at some point...but it doesn't make it any easier to accept!
Onward to week 8 - chin up!

Just think how far you've come and how happy you would have been 7 weeks ago at being able to run so far with a teeny bit of walking. You are not a failure...there could be loads of reasons why you're not feeling your best today. Hang in there! I'm also at the same stage (did w7 r2 today) and found it harder today than 2 days ago.
