1st week done

Never understood running. Didn't see the pleasure but honestly so proud I finished this run without any struggle. Well still out of breath but lot easier. I literally couldn't run for 30 seconds but today I wanted to just keep going. can't wait for my next run. I know the first week is the easiest and some do it without a struggle but was a really achievement for me

Actually, D-a-n-i, I disagree. I think the first week is the hardest. It takes real determination to go out and do something you know is going to be difficult. Well done and keep us updated. :o)

Well done - I didn’t get it before either but now I get running envy when I see people out on my rest day!!
