Completed week 5 yesterday, never thought I would be able to run 20 mins non stop, but I did it and felt fantastic. Can't believe how far I have come in this time. Starting C25K, is the best thing I have ever done, not only for my fitness but when I am running I forget about the stress and strains of everyday life.

Well done! Great progress! 20 minutes without stopping! Fantastic! I am hoping to complete Week 5 on Saturday having completed week 5 run 2 today. Keep running and smiling as I have learnt from this site.
