How many calories in a gnat?

I must have had at least a dozen on my run this morning!!!

I have said a few times on here that my breathing involves mouth open and bloody great lung fulls on demand, apparently that can include insects 🙄

😂 I had this on Friday as was on the golf course. I find it makes the run go faster when you’re trying to work out if it really was a gnat and if you might die from inhaling one 😂

Back to road running today & not a gnat in sight! 😊
