Took the plunge and got gait analysis and a shiny new pair of trainers. Found out my trainers were too small. Hopefully these will help ease the knee pain I’ve had the last few weeks. Bring on week 7 run 3 on Monday

Very nice. They look like they'll give you a lovely ride (especially in the right size 😀). Now the weather has perked up they'll stay that colour a bit longer!

We did that a couple of weeks ago and it made a world of difference. There are some on here that say gait is all smoke and mirrors, but it has all but stopped my knee pain and also the strain on my ankles. Those that don't want to do gait analysis? Good for you, but I am sure you will find a lot of difference, Queeny. Keep on keeping on. :-)
