New trainers!

Well it's finally here! Tomorrow I'm off to get my new trainers and I'm very excited! It's been WEEKS since my last run when I decided I couldn't carry on with the old trainers as they were causing me so much pain. My last run was week 8 run 2 and I'm planning on trying it again and see what happens. I'm not putting any pressure on myself, just going to give it a go. Ill post again in the next couple of days with an update - fingers crossed its a good-un! x
