I will be taking these babies for their maiden voyage in the morning when I hopefully finish W7....well I did promise myself some new trainers when I reached Week 7 and I'm a woman of my word!!! 😇

That's a great idea!! I might treat myself when I complete week 7! By that point I'll feel like a proper runner, rather than a super unfit tomato dragging myself around my route every other day!

Completely off topic - Is it just me or has anyone else noticed the marked increase of people wearing top notch athletics running/training gear in the high street as ordinary clothes - as if they were just about to burst into a run in aisle 20 in Asda! I believe it is called athleisure

Yes, I have noticed sports gear being worn a lot! I didn't know there was actually a word for it though!!! Sprinting down the veg aisle...brings a whole new meaning to runner beans!!! 😂
