Just done week 2 run 2 in new trainers. Now I've been left with a huge blister. I carried on through the pain but don't know how I'm going to do my next run. Any tips on wearing them in a bit.

I have never had a blister from running shoes, so can't be specific.

Blisters normally come about because of movement between your foot and footwear. If shoes fit well, there should be no room for this.

I always wear running socks, which may have saved me.

Well... I wear new shoes around the house a bit first... but good running socks too definitely!

Thank you. The shoes feel really tight. So maybe I need to get used to them and invest in some socks

Oh pants! You'll def have to wait till it's gone...def wear running socks so it doesn't happen again!

I'm devastated I was getting so into it. Was thinking about trying my old trainers out and seeing how it feels.
