Oh really , that's interesting. I haven't been wearing proper trainers at all so I too went to a specialist running shop and had my hair analysed. These are entry level and I can't wait to try them out 😀

Happy birthday!! I have New Balance too... I absolutely love them! Wear them around the house for a couple of days before running in them.. I made the mistake of going straight out in mine and then had a painful Achilles for 2 days and could barely walk. They have absolutely transformed my running, hope it's the same for you 😀
