Should you run even though your legs ache from the run two days ago?

I really want to do the next run in the program but I have got that next day pain really bad. Can you run through it? Or will it just feel worse? I don't want to have to wait for it to go away before I run each time because it usually lasts 3-4 days for me.

I have always run through it. Sometimes with ibuprofen 😂
