Well woke up feeling good so I had a lovely morning run. I seem to be getting better at covering 5k in 30 mins now. My avage pave was 10min a mile so I was happy with that. I track my runs with MapMyFitness and I’ve noticed that my mile time are improving a lot. So here’s to my next run and good luck everyone who is out and about today
