22nd Consolidation Run

Having heard what the weather was expected to be tomorrow I decided to do a run tonight and what a decision made. Rather hot pretty windy resulting in my second fastest 5k sub 30 mins and a minute per mile faster than Monday’s run so pleased with the result. I could afford to have the pizza tonight I earn’t it. Good luck to all out there and still running with Laura 😂 good job she don’t know I have finished. Good luck all.

No as have not really wanted to have just tried consolidating on the 30 mins and 5k although done a couple of 4 miles and a 10K as well in the consolidation runs.

Very consistent consolidation runs, 2.49 miles, 3.08, 3.12, 2.36, 2.42, 3.3, 2.63, 3.17, 3.39, 3.04, 3.21, 3.21, 4.16, 2.48, 3.92, 6.5, 3.16, 3.17, 3, 3.21, 3.2, 3.27, pretty consistent last runs, the runs below 3 miles were when I ran with a friend.

Not sure what it is that when we run together both of us are slower but running alone we are quicker.
