Was feeling great after completing my first week. I took an extra day off before starting week 2. Being some of the warmest days of this year over last few days, kept an eye on my rehydration. Did some stretching to keep my muscles tuned for upcoming W2 run.
This morning as soon as Laura said go for 5 min walk followed by 90 sec of running, I decided to keep my mind away from running and focus on breathing. And Eureka, Laura’s tip arrived just before second run, focus on breathing.
Keeping my mind focussed on breathing helped a lot today. Happy to have completed W2R1.
