So I'm away at the moment in Bournemouth. I had resolved that I would start week 2 whilst here and guess what, I did! Up at 06.45 and out of the hotel just before 07.00. Beautiful morning wuth the sun rising but wonderfully cool. A great R1 overlooking the coast (although not ad nice as the Cornish coast!). I think I found 2 mins walking and 90 seconds running easier. Might not think that by R3!

Sounds like a nice outing.
I've never ventured out quite that early.
