Never thought I would do it but yesterday I managed to jog for 5 mins (twice!)... knees and hamstring felt quite tight after but ok today...I'm really worried because each week seems to increase in such huge steps....Will I be able to manage being overweight and a running newbie?

Yes you’ll be fine! Look at my previous posts and you’ll see how I panicked every week about the increase but now I’m on week 9. This program works! Good luck and well done!
