W4r1 completed this morning!! Running for 5 minutes seemed so daunting and the second 5 minute run was quite hard but I kept it slow, around 3.2mph. I figure I can worry about speed later. Much later LOL

Same.

Did that one yesterday.

At the end when he told me I'd run for 16mins in total I was like yayyyyyy I can do it. Keeping the runs super slow for now though

Enjoy run 2 😄😄👍👍

Well done Lapsedyogi that's brilliant. Never worry about speed. Slow and steady is the mantra, speed comes naturally, after you graduate when you've built up your stamina. Keep up the great running. I'm doing W4r2 at lunchtime today !!

Well done! Speed is the last thing you should worry about, just keep plodding along at whatever speed works for you, running faster is only something you should even think about once you have graduated. Anything that is not walking counts as running!

Great job. You don’t even have to worry about pace ever if you don’t want to... 30 minutes running is 30 minutes running! Gonna be another month or so before you even need to think about if you want to go faster... just keep knocking the runs down.
