Because life I am set to do my third run or week one tomorrow exactly one week after my first run. Such a shame, something out of my control meant I couldn’t do it all within seven days. This warm weather is emphasising me how much I want to lose weight (read: I can’t find a comfortable outfit for heat!), anyone else take 8 days to do a week?

Yes, often! So long as you follow the programme, do all the runs and have at least one rest day between them (but more is ok), you’ll be fine.

Don’t get hung up on calendar weeks... through most of the program I often had 2or 3 rest days due to work shifts. It’s not a problem. As long as you complete all the runs and always have at least one rest day- they’re the only rules🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️

You just run when you can. Think of them as stages rather than calendar weeks if it helps. Sometimes you'll need two rest days after each run, the trick is just to keep planning the next run so you don't stop altogether!
