Week 9 Run 1. A very cloudy Autumn day here, but amazingly for Wellington not a breath of wind, so took a deep breath and off I went and hello again “Julie”. Took it slow, just for a change hahaha and with 5 minutes to go the sun came out. Glorious. All going well, Sunday will be the graduation run 😄
