6am ..yes me ..up at 6am to run, what’s happened to me. I think I’ve caught the running bug! Nobody told me I would catch something by starting C25K. Now to feed the lambs and get to school on time.

I’m lucky living in a very rural area I can run on the back roads and farm drive and have it all to myself 😂

in reply toJullaly

Yeah you really are. Mind you - farming is VERY hard work. If I lived somewhere like that I would def run outside more. You do get the bug - it def is infectious! Good luck & keep going. X

Well done! What a beautiful morning. The dog looks pleased about your virus....

I still can’t believe I’m doing it, finding the going up hills tough but I haven’t stopped yet. So lucky to live in a rural place when learning to run ..no cars or people only sheep x

What a stunning view!! No wonder you’re loving running somewhere as beautiful as that! Your sheepdog looks like he’s enjoying the company too! These longer days certainly make it easier to fit runs in. I’ve got a week of commuting into London ahead of me which means if I want to start W9 before the weekend I’m going to have to do something radical like run at 5.30am or run at 7.30pm! Have not attempted running on a commuting day yet which is why it’s taken so long to get to W9. Need to push myself outside of my comfort zone........Well done to you (and right back atchya to your frenemies!!) xxx

The frenemies are starting to get interested in my progress!! Good luck with trying to get your runs in whilst commuting to London. But week 9 ..you are nearly there, good luck looking forward to hearing of your graduation x

Out at the same time, but minus that fabulous view, not that I'd have seen much, the gale that was almost constantly straight at me caused my eyes to go into lacrimal overdrive 😭😭😭

Jullaly profile image
JullalyGraduate in reply toJell6

Yes that wind was a tricky! It wasn't quite a gale with us but definitely windy and I wondered how on earth i managed to plan my route up a hill and an oncoming wind at the same time..silly me

I honestly just can't believe I'm managing so far, keep thinking someone will jump out behind a tree and say its a big joke and I'm not really running .. but I really am lol

NO! - the Martian body snatchers watch this forum - and they come in the middle of the night for you!!! Have you started to notice your family and friends looking at you and wondering quietly who you are??? You have been taken and replaced . You are no longer the you that you used to be!

Jullaly profile image
JullalyGraduate in reply toBazza1234

lol ..Oh I didn't realise you get the martian body snatchers come for you .. Like I said to GoGo_JoJo I think one might jump out behind a tree while I'm running and tell me I'm just dreaming and I'm not really doing it ..lol

It can get quite addictive! Well done you on getting up and out there
