No I havent run 30 minutes only 5 but the feeling of achievement with this run make me feel like I have. To get this one under my belt feels good and the session generally allowed a little whisper in the background to be heard, "I think you can do this". I actually had little glimpses of being a runner, though did have to employ the slow jogging technique a couple of times.
I know the next couple of runs may be very different but at least I have this success to fight back with.
Although I have never doubted the programme today I sort of felt that this run was a consolidation of the last three weeks which is positive going forward.
Hope everyone has a great day.

Thanks Soz. I was nervous to starting this run not just the increased running time but the shorter recovery time too but just keep remembering what the experienced people on the forum tell us and that is we are ready for this progression and only the head tries to tell us different. Good luck and make sure you feed back after the run.
Tuesday evening. I have to say I prefer mornings but during the week work gets in the way so don't have a choice. Good luck to you too but not luck now technique (term used loosely) and determination.
