Wow that was a shock , can nearly run for 60 seconds well more of a Peter Kay fast dad run where walking would be faster! I was genuinely nervous when I went out to run how mad is that. But I did it but it was hard, harder than I thought it was going to be. But very overweight and very unfit so what did I expect I guess..

Very true getting the front door open with my hairy knees out was perhaps the hardest part of all 🤣🤣

Well done, mate. Keep at it. I am a few weeks ahead of you and just ran 16 minutes including two 5 minute runs. A month ago I got out of breath climbing stairs. He hardest part is the start, so keep on keeping on!

Well you have something in common with most of us here then as I think it's fair to say that most of us had never run at all before embarking on this fab programme. I certainly hadn't !

Slow is the way to crack it! Slow and steady. One run at a time.
