Hi all, I did my first consolidation run today and really enjoyed it! Did the 5k in 32:14, which I was pleased with 😁
My query is - I think I am running lopsided? After a run, I have pain in my left shoulder blade and the next day the left side of my neck is sore. I have a dodgy hip on my right side (not sure what’s wrong with it, many physios are baffled, but it’s very clicky and gets sore often). By the end of the run, that hip is sore. The right side of my glutes are also sore by the end of the run, but I feel nothing in the left side.
Is it possible to run lopsided? And if it is, how can I correct it? Any ideas what I could be doing wrong and how I can correct it would be really appreciated!!
