20 minute run ticked off. I feel absolutely great - I even finished with reserves to spare, think I can go faster next time. Time just flew by.

Bring on Week 6!

Congratulations! See...it wasn't so bad was it? Amazing what you can do when you just let the body do what it knows it is capable of.

But don't be too bothered about speeding up. That will come with time and continual running after you complete the program. Dont want any speeding injuries this far in to the program.

But what a great start to the weekend!

Forget going faster... Keep it just as it is... always with something left... and relax into the longer runs to come... they are made for enjoyment, not speed:)

Well done you!

It is an amazing feeling, isn´t it? Well done! Some people find going back to intervals in week 6 a bit of a challenge, as I did but you have seen now that you have cracked this running lark and that the C25K system really does work. Keep at it and be proud of your progress.

Not what you're looking for?
