I’m here visiting my Dad who has lived here since the late 80’s. I was supposed to run yesterday on New Year’s Day but had a bit of a chesty cough so postponed it until today. It wasn’t a really great run if I’m honest my chest wasn’t great and my legs were very tired, I went at first light but it was still pretty humid and by the time Laura said stop it was a relief. Anyway I’m glad it’s done and I feel much better for it now. 8.3 on Saturday morning hopefully. Only 4 runs left till graduation 🥳

Hope you're feeling better soon. But you still managed to run and no wonder it looks beautiful. Graduation is just around the corner. Good luck 😊😊
These are the ones that get you to graduation my friend. You're literally on a c25k world tour!! Well done for getting through it feeling less than 100%.

What a beautiful place to run. But yes, I can imagine the challenge, especially if you're not on top form.
So, so close now!
