Really wasn’t feeling like running today but so glad I did... W1R2 completed and despite still being sore, I actually enjoyed it?!?!?
Second run felt much better/easier than the first, think that might be down to the fact I discovered that you can play music in the background whilst still using the C25K app! Makes a huge difference!
I know the mantra is “slow slow slow” but does anyone have any tips for the inevitable aches and pains? Done lots of stretching but not sure what else could do to help. Thanks
