I've finally got here and only 2 to go before graduation. I'm running slightly longer than 30mins but still doing the 5min warm-up before and warm down after. I've got to 5km in 40 mins so am varying my speeds to try to build up my staying power. And I've finally found a pair of leggings that stay up. And they are good value for money as a bonus. Wiggle do a good range of sports wear and I've worn their cycle bibs for ages so thought I'd give the leggings a go. So glad I did, way better than the nike ones I got a few weeks back. They have a waist tie which the nike do also but they don't budge. I think it's the material which is slightly thicker so that's probably the trade off. The sizes come up quite small so I went up a size to xl but didn't need to after all. I couldn't be bothered to send them back and they've been great. I'm between a 12 and 14 for info . So for anyone interested cheaper own brands have come up trumps π
