Your warm up and cool down walks are an important part of the process and are there for good scientific reasons for the m being part of each workout.

I'm feeling motivated. And feel more energetic if i listen to the right kind of music. Currently listening to: Ministry of Sound big tunes, some Inxs and Aerosmith....
