Good luck! It can be life changing - don’t worry about speed just do the time and keep breathing. 👏🤗

Well done. One run at a time you'll soon get there.

Congratulations on starting C25K, onwards and upwards to run 2 of week 1 and a further 8 weeks until you graduate, however, you can repeat as many runs or week's as you wish. 😊

Go you! I’m new too: just finished my first week of running yesterday and feeling pumped and eager to return to running next week! Leaving in an hour to do a strength and flexibility workout, to get what is already starting to feel like a needed activity fix.

You've started, so don't stop. This running programme works and I mean it REALLY WORKS! Don't let any negative thoughts when running stop you - cast them aside! I'm about to embark on Week 8 tomorrow and can't believe how far I've come since Week 1 in November. Good luck, stick to the plan and stay focused.

God luck and keep going. I started in May 2017 and haven’t stopped running since, now signed up for half marathon in September. Have lost nearly 3stone and feeling the best I’ve been for a long time. Was never a runner but now at least I feel I can run. The weeks will fly by.
