Absolutely. A run is a run regardless of the terrain.

If you have never run before, you have most definitely come to the right place.

ive completed the program on a treadmill as have plenty of others , remember running on a treadmill is better than no running at all , best of luck and happy running

if you are going to be using the treadmill all the time invest in a good powerful fan to have on as you run , probs not needed in earlier runs but defo later on as you overheat more on a Mill :D but on the plus side you can run in just a bra n pants lolx

Welcome Jules! I do a mix of treadmill & outdoor running. Both have their pros & cons. I was also a completely unfit novice before starting this app, & still have hard days, but am now on week 7 which I never really thought I'd get to! I couldn't even do the first session properly & had to repeat it. Oh & I'm 43 tomorrow, have recently had pneumonia & am a cancer survivor as well as full-time mum. So we come in all shapes, sizes, ages & abilities but I've got to say I love this little forum for its positive support. Keep at it! 😀
