Hi there! I'm new to the couch to 5K programme. I've just completed my second run from week 1. I found it so difficult to get myself out there but so happy that I've done it 😊

Hi Zelda I just did exactly the same this morning, second run from week 1. I got cramps in my calves so had to walk instead of run for about a third of the last two of the 60 sec runs. But it really does feel good to have done it doesn’t it? Let’s keep going! 😀

Day one, week one saw me doubled over desperately trying to breathe through every bodily orifice...never believed I would finish the programme, nowadays half marathons are "tough but what fun!'
Keep on keeping on - and you will graduate!
Wishing you many happy miles in your future

Well done. Whether you can finish is immaterial. Just get yourself out there. Anything you can’t finish, call a practice and redo that run until you can. And slow down 😀. I think it took me two weeks to finish week 1.
