Well I’m back here again. This is 2nd time now. Last year I got to my penultimate run and never completed program. Gutted. Not done any exercise since. BP is up. Weight back on. Going 2 get back on it, starting 2day with R1, W1.

Hehehe - me too on the runs part! Except this is my third time. Can't believe I got to week 9 run 2 and didn't get to the end.... so close!

Out of interest, what stopped you last time? I've just started and be good to know what to watch out for.
I was really poorly then wen beta I went on holiday. Then Xmas n bad wetha. Excuses really. The longer it was since I ran, the harder it was to go back plus I knew I’d lost my fitness & stamina so I’d hv 2 start at beginning. Now I’m here again, unfit n heavier so it’s going 2b hard but I’ll get there... again.
I did it - me n my dog Ozzy 🐶. Enjoyed it too. It wasn’t easy n my calves are feeling it now but it was a positive start. Next run wed.
