W3R1 DONE!!

Still not quite believing I did it. It felt so good (when I finished) and surprisingly I wasn't as near death as I expected at the end. The biggest news from me is that I am now 11 days smoke free, after 44 years of smoking I am so happy and although I am on a vape at the moment, I have no inclination or desire to have a cigarette. This is all down to this programme, forum and just loving the running challenge. Thanks to you all.

Well done - especially well done for keeping not smoking. That is the biggest single thing you can do to improve/protect your health.

Going ok. Finished week3 yesterday and my ankle was a bit niggly as I had tripped over my little boys toy the day before but not sore that I had to stop. it feels good today so fingers crossed. due to start week 4 tomorrow all being well
