I was going to run today ,then I wasn't. Was....wasn't.
3 hours sleep, but I thought, sod it, I'm awake anyway.
So glad I did. I did forget to switch hr monitor on my fitbit so I don't know how that bit went, but it's still beating, so what the heck😶.
Hopefully Tuesday will be week 9 run 3. I could not be more surprised.
I wonder if I will ever sleep beyond 06.00 again, but then there's so much more day left to get stuff done.
