I was going to run today ,then I wasn't. Was....wasn't.

3 hours sleep, but I thought, sod it, I'm awake anyway.

So glad I did. I did forget to switch hr monitor on my fitbit so I don't know how that bit went, but it's still beating, so what the heck😶.

Hopefully Tuesday will be week 9 run 3. I could not be more surprised.

I wonder if I will ever sleep beyond 06.00 again, but then there's so much more day left to get stuff done.

I don't think I have ever regretted going out. Also, I am sleeping much better since I started running. The podium is in sight!

Yeah so do I! I stopped drinking and my sleep improved immediately. I can sleep for England these days

Well,that might have been my plan but unfortunately events dictated otherwise, so I just stopped, as i did with the fags. Needs must 😃. Mind you, so glad I did. Phew! 💪👍🏃‍♀️

I couldn't sleep passed 6am either, but now I'm on the IC and there's no chance of running I seem to be rolling over and snoozing for England!!

Summer early morning runs are just the best though, you will love them Good luck for your graduation!
