Do the usual RICE but if you’re okay to run a week out won’t make that big a difference to your progress. 2 weeks away does and then you need to temper your comeback.

No worries, there are so many mnemonics it’s hard to keep up
R = Rest
I = Ice
C = Compression
E = Elevation

Calf exercises and stretches... roll if possible.... if the pain persists get it checked out...be sure if you head out that it feels fine... if in doubt do not run.
12 weeks on the IC with a calf tear, has made me over cautious
