Managed to run the full 20minutes of W5R3. 12minutes in my lower legs were really hurting, I thought about the numerous messages of advice I've seen on here about slowing right down -and it worked! That and telling myself that it was just my mind challenging me. Amazed that I didn't struggle with breathing (only first few minutes as usual!) Proof that this programme really does work!!

You have a rest day, you'll be surprised how much more stamina you will have thanks to R2 - and just be sure to go slow slow slow - and even slower!! You did R2, there's not much difference - it's all in the mind. You can do it! 🤗
