So four weeks after graduating I'm still running 3 x week. I've been listening to Laura following the stepping stone podcast! I'd just started running when I realised today I was listening to Stamina...ok I thought no worries I can do this. All good on run, but as she has you running more beats per minute this took me beyond my normal route, and down a road I don't usually go! With one minute to go I fell over...fortunately it was a side road and only one person saw me and was about to rush to my aid when I jumped up and said I was fine and continued my run. All I can say is thank goodness for K tape, I had put a hole in my leggings but saved myself from a nasty scrape from said tape. My hand though is feeling like it's not quite mine. Nothing's broke (I think), but it's tingly and slightly numb. Ho hum!
