Couldn’t quite do 90 seconds for 2 of the runs and dreading week 3. Never could run, even when I was a child. Still amazed I managed week 1 to be honest! Great to read other people’s stories.

No need to dread Week 3. Keep at Week 2 until you've been able to do all of all the runs on 3 occasions. And then you'll be ready for Week 3.
Easier said than done? Slow right, right down... you've cracked week one so you are indeed amazing and you can do this.

You want to run for thirty minutes, or you would not have voluntarily signed up for this plan, so please don't dread any aspect of it. Each run is taking you nearer your goal. You are doing great.
