Too little time

I’ve just started a new f/t job today and due to childcare my running is going to be very sporadic possibly only twice a week. Is it still feasible to do the programme? Also is it reasonable to try and get my 4 year old to scoot with me so I can maybe do more?

Twice a week better than nothing! Brilliant that you are doing it with young children and work. Your four year old no doubt will love going out on the scooter! You can do it ☺

Yes that sounds great! I can only manage because I have pre arranged for my son to stay at his grandma’s on run nights!

Yes! We had one member who used to run round and round the playground with her children in it.

Hi - I rarely manage to get 3 runs in a week. Probably managed to do a C25K week in about 1 and 1/2 real weeks and plodded my way through to W8R1 so far without dropping a run. I’m heading to 50, overweight and have never run before so I would say just take it 1 run at a time, slow and steady and you’ll get thru! Good luck!!
