I would really love us to get the word out there.

Everyone on these forums works hard to spread the word and a vote for the NHS C25K and this forum would go a long way to get the word out.

If you go to vote for online community, then click on the drop down menu you will come across C25K under the “C’s”. Click vote and that is a great move forward to getting us out to a wider world. The vote is for the NHS C25K webpage but there is a link to our forum there. I like the idea of letting the powers that be see that we appreciate all they do to help us start and keep running along with the great resource that is Heathunlocked.
