Completed the last run of week 9 yesterday with a great sense of achievement! Can't believe I'm now comfortably able to run for 30 minutes! Not sure how I'm going to continue so tips appreciated. I was thinking of mixing it up with shorter quicker runs of 15 mins a couple of times a week with a 30 min once a week. Any suggestions/comments most welcome! For those still in the 9 weeks - keep going- it's really worth it!

Congratulations! I’m also amazed as I completed my last run this morning. Can’t quite believe I’ve made it so far. Not sure that it was that comfortable but made it.
I’m still going to use the podcasts but maybe try and speed up a bit. I’m sure there will be lots of advise out there. 👍
