Really pleased that I managed my first run of Week 3. I’m wondering, though, if there’s such a thing as ‘too slow’. I was so concerned about pacing myself and not going too fast that I was doing a ‘just jog’. Is that okay?

There’s no such thing. I run slower than I walk

My advice is keep it slow. I’ve found that as I progress into the program that I’ve found the pace that I’m comfortable with. Good advice I read is to start slow, and then slow down even further if you need to. Well done on your progress so far! Keep it up!

Woohoo well done! 😁 you should be very pleased with yourself! “Just jog” is fine - personally I want to achieve the time and then work on the speed later. Roll on r2! 👏👏
