I graduated in April/May this year and have kept on running since. Feeling pleased with myself as I finally ran 5k for the first time yesterday! It took me 43 minutes so I won't be winning any races but so pleased I finally did it
Finally 5k!!!: I graduated in April/May this... - Couch to 5K
Finally 5k!!!
Congratulations It's an amazing feeling It doesn't matter how slow or how quick you were cos you just ran 5k !!!
That's brilliant. That will be my next goal I think after graduating (though I will spend tm consolidating 30 min runs first).
Congratulations fantastic achievement
Bloomin' well done. Running 5K non stop is an AMAZING achievement.
Remember you are only competing against yourself I'mnorunner . I too am a 40 minute 5K-er. All I aim to do now is shave about 15 seconds off my PB every time I complete. Plato got it right! media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/...
Such a great feeling isn't it... Well done!!!!
Feels good, doesn't it?! Same for me - graduated in June and only just started to manage the full 5K. Got it down to 40 mins now and planning my first community parkrun in January. keep it up, you're doing great!
Keep going. Speed is unimportant.
This is my aim too - 5k & I don't care how many minutes it takes.
