Good Evening my fellow Super Snails! You will know that I wasn’t able to run for the full 20 mins asked for on this run. Now I’m all god with that but should I repeat it until I can run for the full 20 or move on to Week 6 Run 1?

Also thank you to JenJen (?) just found the playlists on Spotify - perfect!

I think its worth persevering with Wk 5 R3...you will do it soon, and it will give you a terrific boost. Its a pivotal run on the program.

Start slowly, stay slow and think of it as 4 five minute runs...count them down and keep going...you positively will be able to do it!😊xx

This sounds like really good advice to me. And believe that you can do it, Samantha, because you can. You'll see!

I think it's probably a good idea to stay on this one until you've done it and then go on. Good luck. Won't be long now.
