Hi,

Welcome and well done for making a start, you should be proud of yourself. There is lots of good advice on here and plenty of support when you need it. Do take it ease to start with, it’s all about strength not speed. You will surprise yourself how much you can achieve if you follow the program (or take it more slowly if you need to). Good luck and most of all enjoy 😊

Read this advice for Newbies.. there is a lot of useful, tried and tested advice here..

The mantra is... slow and steady ...really slowly.... Just follow the programme, take it gently and enjoy.

Make sure you are well warmed up and well hydrated too... not just in run days but every day :)

Keep posting for great support too.. we will be right here:)

Natalie slow down.🤔👏👏

All you need to do is go slow and steady with your footfall under your hips to protect your legs until they get stronger.

Kiss the ground and just breathe normally , without thinking too much about either.Just do it.

Well done for getting started.

Great decision.🌟👏👏

Essential reading FAQ’s.

Yes good advice from Oldfloss🌟👏👏
