Week 4 finally done!

At last!!! For one reason and another, not least procrastination, it must have taken me 3 weeks. First week 5 run today, then off to Scotland to hopefully end up with the dreaded w5r3 by the beach in Arbroath! I really want to finish the programme May 3rd my 56th birthday then work towards a park run.

I've just completed wk 4 too !

I have had a break of three wks due to the flu !

I would love to graduate before my gallbladder op but I'm not sure when that will be ! This is the reason I am doing c25k to get fit after my hysterectomy and before my next op ! ( There will be nothing left 🤣)

Good luck xxx

Well done! Not easy when you have been poorly. Take it slowly, every run you do will help you get fitter for your gall bladder op recovery. All the best x
