After 5 days feeling like I was never going to get back on track - I got back in the game today! 😃 So glad I bit the bullet and pushed on through- very grateful for my treadmill today! Hope to get back outside early Monday morning before work 🙏 Thank you all you lovely people for your support when I was feeling sorry for myself - it is sooo appreciated! Happy running everyone 👟👟👟
