Cheeky short test run on my non running day to try out new shoes. Finally got gait analysis and proper road shoes so the trail shoes I bought on impulse earlier can stick to trails from now on. Need quite a lot of support so feels like a big change. Should have done this back in week 3 or 4 rather than post graduation.
And spring is finally here so the legs are out 😀

I went for a road run this morning.. not in trail shoes.. had an adventure and wish I had had my trail shoes on Wet and muddy...
