It is all here.👍

Welcome Jimmy, hope you enjoyed the run today.
Bloody spring chicken! I am 66 (67 tomorrow) and started our runs just before the snow, so we started again. We are on week 2 run 2 and believe me, we find it easier! Welcome to the fold and remember, to quote the Eagles.. "You can check out, but you can never leave!"
Another quote. "Slow and steady wins the race" (Marge Simpson) Good luck Jimmy

Well done mate. I’ve started this week too. In my early fifties with a similar gap to my last run. Hope we both make it through to the 9th week!
My aim is to get to end of week 1 then I'll start thinking about 2. Cheers mate keep it going
