What an amazing journey itβs been. Took longer than 9 weeks as I worked through foot injury, flu, snow and those thoughts that told me I couldnβt... but I can!!
Thank you all for your support and encouragement and being part of the journey!!
For those just starting hang in there, trust the process, listen to advice on here, and take all the encouragement you can, itβs amazing what you can achieve!!!

It almost certainly doesn't matter for this run, but I read that you will feel the downhills more than the uphills the day after and I have found it to be true, so be careful of the sprints going down in future. By all means enjoy them but something to bear in mind on your brand new running journey now you are a grad! =)
Thank you! Yes it was a fun way to end but I wonβt make a habit of it. Having been injured once Iβm a bit too cautious about being reckless and not following proven advice!
Yay!!! Enjoy it!! Have to confess I left the Lovely Laura at home today and just enjoyed the run with the help of my watch to make sure I did it right. See you on the other side of graduation π
Well done. I've got two left so hoping to graduate on Sunday. Like you, I've had a few ups and downs along the way but I am delighted at how much I am enjoying running. Well done again.
Brilliantly done!! Enjoy the view from the podium and know that you're only starting the journey for more great running as Bluebirdrunner said. Join the Bridge to 10K forum when you feel like it. Wish you a lot of happy runs!
Congratulations! πΎππ You must be so proud of your achievement. Hope I can get to Week 9, Iβm just about to start Week 4 so a little way to go yet. Hope you continue to enjoy running as a graduate.
