Thank you lovely Laura and everyone on here that has helped me on my running journey. It was wet & soggy on my run this morning but it was a great run and I think I smiled most of the way around! Never thought I’d get this far! 1 more to go!!

I know everyone says it but stick to the program and keep going! I had a injury and had to go back to the beginning but I’ve gone from not being able to run for 90 seconds to running for the 30mins.
You will amaze yourself when you see what you’re capable of!!
